An Irish-American living in Europe, I specialise in information, community and resource management for NGOs and non-profits, individuals and smaller for-profits.

I help individuals operate effectively inside complex organisations and organisations work more effectively. I work at the intersection of people and systems—clarifying roles, priorities, and decision boundaries so work becomes sustainable and doable. I can stabilise an environment when things feel ambiguous, overloaded, or misaligned. I translate strategy into human-scale execution, address systemic blockers, and help people do their best work without burning out or getting stuck.
